SYSTEM FURNITURE/OPERATIONS MANAGER

The main Responsibilities would be:
Company CRM - creating clients and suppliers accounts, creating projects and developing work with Sales and IT departments.
Billing clients - updating our CRM, billing spreadsheets and working with accounts to ensure all stages are
billed on time and accuratelyUpdating WIP reports for the FD every month - responsible for putting reports together clearly showing
all projects and checking figures and stages of the projects to be able to monitor the revenue of all live
projects every monthAssist with yearly Audits
Ownership of all aspects of project purchasing
Following up the process to ensure all orders are placed and sent correctly and on time
Overseeing and managing all project ordering done by the Ops team
Working with the project management team and assisting in managing snagging at the end of a project
Supplier Invoicing such as checking and approving supplier invoices for payment
Monitoring proforma invoices to ensure all are paid on time to avoid delivery delays
Sending remittances to suppliers
Experience and understanding of furniture quoting - essential to check quotes prior to orders being made
Able to help every department when needed and work with the team to improve processes, update the
team with changes in the systems and training
