The consultant individually screens all candidates before they are discussed with the client. This means that the candidates will have a face to face meeting with the consultant, not just a telephone screening. This is a both beneficial to the client and the candidates, making us more effective in our selection process to both parties.
We appreciate that time is precious, and we believe a lot of time can be saved if thorough interviewing has taken place.
