PROJECT SUPPORT ROLE

This organisation has gone from strength to strength and even in the pandemic have managed to still win projects! They are seeking an experienced Project Support individual who has at least 3 years’ experience.

You would report into the Head of Consultancy and procurement, and your overall responsibilities would be to:

Be client facing part of the London based Consultancy & Procurement team sitting as part of the delivery project team. The C & P team are responsible for the delivery process of major consultancy projects for this organisation.
Project support are allocated projects and will report to the SI Project Director/Lead regarding the specific project related activities, their role is to manage and coordinate the internal resource & external suppliers to meet the weekly action points and to raise red flags in advance to the PD.
The job role has both an ‘internal’ and ‘external’ focus, with four distinct areas of responsibility:

• Client facing
• Supporting the project team
• Supplier Communication
• Administration

The existing team are incredibly experienced and very focused and they are looking for an individual with similar ethics to join their team.
