DEALER/D&B MANAGER

Due to their success they are requiring an experienced Dealer/D&B individual. The suitable candidate will have responsibility and accountability for developing strategic relationships and generating sales in the UK market. This position will collaborate with sales management to enable creation and tracking of opportunities through our dealer and design firm network. The ideal candidate will have the drive and vision to achieve specific sales goals, strong interpersonal skills, and team building capabilities.

SKILLS/EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Meaningful existing relationships within Dealer, D&B and wider design communityIn depth Sales, Strategic Planning and Execution skills
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and quickly build credibility to maximize organisational growth and profitability
Demonstrated ability to interact and debate key Sales and Marketing activities with Leadership Team

Demonstrated team development skills; able to work within a team and lead by example
Proven track record in business development with demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work autonomously, under management direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong skills in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required. Experience working with a CRM system preferred

5+ years of Sales experience preferred
